Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when Nuvis may issue refunds for paid access.

1. Refunds for unused access

If a refund is approved for an unused period of paid access to software, the funds are returned to the same payment card or payment method used for the original payment.

The refund procedure may take from 3 to 14 business days depending on the payment system and the issuing bank. The User is notified of the refund status by email or through the service interface.

2. Service unavailability caused by the Administrator

If the Administrator is unable to provide the selected and paid access to software for more than one day but less than 30 calendar days from the payment date, the Administrator may, upon the User's written request, extend the access period for the corresponding time or refund the amount paid by the User.

3. Pre-order refunds

Where Nuvis offers a pre-order service, the User may refuse the pre-order at any time before the date when the relevant software first becomes available in the service by submitting a request to support.

If the Administrator cancels the provision of access to software purchased through pre-order before the access period begins, the User receives a refund of the amount paid for that product.
