Cancellation Policy

The User may refuse to renew subscription access at any time by clicking the "Cancel Subscription" button in the "Subscription Management" section of the User account and following the instructions shown in Nuvis.

The subscription access service ends on the day following the last day of the paid period. No charge for the next subscription period is made after cancellation.

Because paid access is granted for the period already purchased, cancellation stops the next renewal rather than retroactively undoing the current paid period unless a separate refund is approved under the Refund Policy.

Promotional offers may include a renewal condition. The User has the right to refuse renewal in the account. For some promotional offers, the Administrator may provide that the promotional period ends immediately upon cancellation without an additional refund of amounts paid for the promotional offer.
